Mission and Purpose: To increase academic knowledge and to compete academically with other regional teams.

Meeting/Practice/Game Schedule: Practice on Mondays after school, 3:30-4:30 starting after Labor Day. Competitions are on Saturdays.

Mission and Purpose: To promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students. Requirements for induction: 3.23 GPA, student must take honors classes, student may not have major discipline offenses. Induction normally takes place after fall semester, but induction can take place at other times depending on circumstances.
Financial Obligation (dues or Fees): $15
Meeting/Practice/Game Schedule: Meetings will be announced and posted on Mrs. Ward’s door.

Name:Athletic Training Student Aides
Sponsor/Coach: Scott Byrd, ATC, LAT
Mission and Purpose: To inspire students that are interested in a healthcare field to become a part of the athletic culture of Gatlinburg Pittman High School. Student Athletic Trainers will learn and practice basic First Aid skills, Basic Anatomy, Kinesiology, Exercise physiology and rehabilitation techniques that will aid in preparing them for college programs and hopefully a career in the medical industry.
Financial Obligation (dues or Fees): Varies based on need, Rarely over $100 per year. Voluntary participation for Student training Camps during the summer are extra
Meeting/Practice/Game Schedule: During the fall, Afternoons and game coverage depending on number of Student Athletic Training Aides. Game coverage during Winter and spring sports.

Mission and Purpose:The purpose of Interact is to provide opportunity for young people to work together in a world fellowship dedicated to service
and international understanding.
The goals of Interact are:
